Barbara has two goals; one is to educate clients with no telecom departments so that their IT staff can monitor and audit telecom bills, the other is to help those with existing telecom departments gain the skills necessary to manage their telecom bills and recover more refunds from billing disputes while conducting comprehensive, accurate, and efficient telecommunication bill audits.
